Senior Shop Manager

Jersey Hospice Care are looking for a Senior Shop Manager, to join our Retail Team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The postholder will be based in St Ouen and will be responsible for the day-to-day running of Jersey Hospice Care’s charity shop maintaining a high level of customer service and to maximise revenue.

They will build good team spirit by effectively communicating with the Head of Retail, employees, and volunteers. They will lead, manage, develop, and provide training to employees and volunteers, ensuring their understanding of their roles and the importance of delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will be educated to GCSE level or equivalent, have significant retail and supervisory or line management experience.
