Samphire is currently looking for a hungry, talented and determined chef to join our team.
We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie who is confident in the kitchen environment and who is keen to create high standard dishes with our amazing local Jersey produce. The ideal candidate should have a good knowledge of HAACP & be able to maintain good knowledge of food controls and safety. You will need to have minimum of 3 years’ experience working within a professional kitchen as a CDP. A sound Knowledge of the pastry section would be advantageous
The working week is 5 days with 2 consecutive rest days, Chef whites uniform provided along with an evening meal.
