Work alongside management. Menu creation, seasonal menus and special dishes. Food prep, ensuring high-quality and timely preparation of meals. Kitchen management, overseeing kitchen staff, inventory management, and equipment maintenance. ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. Working with other staff to coordinate meal service and special events. Bringing creativity and new ideas to the kitchen. Flexibility to cover other roles within scope as required, with a emphasis on cross training and assisting in various areas as needed,
