Sales manager

"Are you our next sales manager? We’re looking for an upbeat, passionate sales manager to lead in sales as well as coach the team. Your main job is to manage organisational sales— balancing calls, emails and guest tours.
You will also track the activities of other team members to ensure policies and procedures are adhered to. To succeed in this role, you have to be great at tracking goals, setting targets, and running ongoing training of your team members

Key responsibilities:
Manage appointments and call drives
Explore new lead generation avenues
Outreach
Provide leadership to the team
Monitor progress and analyse sales data
Motivate and encourage the team to meet and exceed KPIs
Resolve customer queries to positively impact retention

A strong background in sales is vital, experience in a gym setting is beneficial but not critical
