What you’ll need to have
You’ll need to have retail management and commercial experience, with great customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills, and act as a brand ambassador for Boots throughout your store and region.
A strong understanding of how to lead and deliver a company strategy, with the ability to implement in store to drive strong performance results.
The ability to coach and develop individuals and teams.
