The coordinator’s primary role is to liaise with clients, suppliers & hotel staff to ensure all events are coordinated & run in a timely efficient professional manner. The main responsibilities include:
• Deliver excellent customer care ensuring we exceed clients expectations
• Successfully building relationships with regular and potential clients
• Provide support to clients in the design of events
• Provide accurate & effective communication
• Plan & co-ordinate multiple events at once
You must be a team player who can work on your own initiative yet follow instructions when necessary. You must have great attention to detail, be highly organised & work well under pressure. You will be friendly & outgoing with a passion for customer care. Hours of work will be flexible to ensure that the needs of the clients and business are met. Weekend work is included.
