Cafe Assistant/Sous Chef

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team. The role is a combination of front of house and kitchen work with KP work as part of the role. Experience in a kitchen is strongly preferred, Food Hygiene training will be provided if not already held.

Duties will include:
Working as a sous chef to prepare and plate food for the customers
Serving customers and use of the till
Barista (training given)
Setting up and cleaning down at the beginning and end of the day
Clearing table and washing dishes

We are a small team who all work together and chip in to help each other so this role who suit someone who enjoys working fast and will actively seek out jobs that require attention rather than needing micromanagement to keep busy.

Hours of work will fall between 8am and 4pm Wednesday - Sunday.
