Business Development Manager - Construction

Trillium Group are seeking a business development manager for our suite of construction based businesses. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities in Jersey , Guernsey and the South West. This role includes developing strategic partnerships, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research, networking and prospecting;the development and implementation of strategic business development plans to achieve growth and revenue targets; you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, Architects and stakeholders; you will conduct presentations and pitch proposals to potential clients and partners.
