We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our friendly office team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our operations and will assist with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inputting and maintaining accurate data in our systems.
• Assisting with billing and invoicing tasks.
• Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner.
• Loading invoices to our accounting system.
• Coordinating client and site bookings efficiently.
• Recording and tracking maintenance failures and service requests.
