Business Analyst

Working as a Transformation and Change Business Analyst, you will play a central role in delivering against client mandates, understanding, and analysing user and business needs across a range of industry sectors. You are the ‘connection’ between the current challenges and issues a company is currently facing and the answers to fixing them by following best practice and maintaining quality throughout. You will be the advocate leading the requirements analysis, translate business needs, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high quality and on-time delivery. You will achieve this through seamless communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and building relationships with client facing functions to ensure you have captured all relevant knowledge as high standard analysis that flows into the project process to achieve a successful outcome.
