Workshop and Fabrication Manager / Assistant

We are a manufacturer of aluminium windows and doors for both residential and commercial projects. We are committed to quality and innovation, and we're looking for an organized and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Workshop Manager or Workshop Assistant.

You will play a key role in overseeing workshop operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in our manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the workshop, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Assist in the production process.
- Organize and maintain workshop inventory and supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Provide training and support to workshop staff

Qualifications:
-Prior experience in the construction industry (windows, doors, carpentry, or a related field).
- Strong organizational skills
