Jersey Civil Service Association (JCSA) Prospect

JCSA is an independent trade union run and funded by members, with more than 50 years experience of promoting and protecting the interests of civil servants in Jersey.

Prior to 2010 JCSA was an independently voluntary organisation, in 2009 following a review JCSA became affiliated with Prospect which gives members access to a wider range of support, services and benefits while recognising the importance of maintaining a strong branch identity.

JCSA is affiliated to the Trade Union Congress (TUC) but is not affiliated to any political party.

Prospect advises, defends and represents members if they have a problem at work. The JCSA Executive Committee represents the collective interests of civil servants and the approach to members' representation. Members of the Executive Committee are always ready and willing to offer advice and information to individual members.
