The Fire and Rescue Association is a recognised trade union in its own right and is concerned with representing members' interests in relation to pay, terms and conditions, employment matters and health and safety.
All States of Jersey Fire and Rescue Service staff in roles from Firefighter to Station Commander are automatically enrolled in the Association and the Executive Committee will provide them with collective representation.
FRSA is affiliated to prospect and it is recommended and encouraged for all members to join JCSA Prospect to benefit from their greater network of support and benefits throughout their career.
There are no subscription fees to the FRSA, all States of Jersey Fire and Rescue Staff are automatically enrolled.
For additional support and benefits, FRSA members should join Prospect Union.
