Activum SG III GP FP Limited in liquidation

​Notice is hereby given ​​​that Activum SG III GP FP Limited (“the Company”) duly passed a written Special Resolution placing the Company in summary winding up with effect from 16 October 2024 in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 2 of Part XXI of the Companies (Jersey) Law, 1991 and Stuart Arthur Gardner and Richard Peter Barker of Ernst & Young LLP were appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up. All persons​ having claims against the above-named Company are requested to send a detailed account thereof to the Joint Liquidators on or before 6 December 2024.
