Arena Plaza Jersey GP Limited meeting of creditors

​Notice is hereby given by Arena Plaza Jersey GP Limited ("the Company") pursuant to article 160(1)(b) of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (as amended), that a meeting of the creditors of the Company will be held at 7 The Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands on 10 May 2024 at 11am (BST) at which time the Liquidator of the Company will be seeking approval of the creditors to the final receipts and payments account of the Liquidation and also to the termination of the Liquidation.

Such information concerning the Company's affairs as creditors of the Company may reasonably require will be furnished free of charge by the Company during normal business hours during the period before the said creditors' meeting.
