Basis Technologies Group Limited (in liquidation)

Notice is hereby given that, on 12 October 2022, the Royal Court of Jersey duly ordered that the Company be wound up under Article 155 of the Companies (Jersey) Law, 1991 on a just and equitable basis and that Andrew Wood and Ian Wormleighton of Teneo Financial Advisory Limited, Forum 3, Grenville Street, St Helier, JE2 4UF and 6 More London Place, London, SE1 2DA, respectively, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company.
