Bosworth GP Limited in liquidation

At a duly convened meeting of the Members of the Company called under Article 146 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 on 6 August 2024 we were appointed joint liquidators in a solvent summary winding up under Article 149 thereof by the Company.

All debtors of the company must arrange payment of the amounts due by them to the company to me within the next 15 working days.

All creditors must supply us with full details of their claim against the company within the next 40 days.
