Notice to Creditors of an application for Continuance overseas pursuant to Article 127R of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (as amended)(the “Companies Law”).

Notice is hereby given that after the expiry of 21 days from the date hereof CONTINENTAL INDUSTRIAL SUPPLY LIMITED (the “Company") intends to apply to the Jersey Financial Services Commission (the "JFSC"), pursuant to Article 127T of the Companies Law, and in accordance with Part 18C of the Companies Law, for authorisation to seek continuance under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus (the "Continuance").

Any creditor of the Company who wishes to object to the Continuance may do so by lodging notice of such objection within 21 days of the publication of this notice appearing as an advertisement in the Jersey Gazette, at the Company's registered office address: C/o Suntera Trustees (Jersey) Limited, 13 Castle Street, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 3BT.

A creditor who gives notice in accordance with Article 127(R)(2)(d) of the Companies Law and whose claim against the Company has not been discharged may, within 21 days after the date of the notice, apply to the Royal Court of Jersey (the "Court") for an order restraining the application by the Company under Article 127T of the Companies Law to the JFSC.
