Jet ski removal from Jersey Customs and Immigration

Jersey Customs and Immigration are trying to locate the owner of a yellow Yamaha Waverunner jet ski with the registration CND16915.

If you're the owner and can prove ownership, email rgc@gov.je​ to arrange customs clearance.

If the legal owner is not identified by 15 July 2024 the jet ski will be seized and shall be deemed liable to forfeiture. The Agent of the Impots may sell those goods to secure any duty liability.

This action is supported by provisions within paragraphs 1 and 3 of the Third Schedule of the Customs and Excise (Jersey) Law, 1999. This notice is advising of ‘Disposal of uncleared goods by Agent of the Impôts’ by virtue of Articles 30 (1)(b) of the Law.
