​Notice is hereby given by Advocate Lynne Catherine Gregory and Advocate Amy Louise Hacquoil Benest, appointed as Attournées further to an Act of Court dated 10 May 2024 that, pursuant to Article 92 of the Loi (1880) sur la propriété foncière, the property of the James Richard De Winton Wigley shall be adjudged renounced and that a dégrèvement hearing shall take place on 18 June 2024 at 2pm. 

The dégrèvement hearing is scheduled to take place in the Number 2 Court at:

Royal Square
St Helier
Jersey
JE1 1JG

Creditors of Mr Wigley must submit any claims (together with any supporting evidence) to the Attournées at least eight days prior to the dégrèvement hearing.
