​EUSA PHARMA (JERSEY) LIMITED (In Liquidation) (the "Company") (Incorporated under the laws of Jersey with registered number 117608)

Notice is herby given that the following written resolutions were passed by the Company's members on 17 March 2022

"It is resolved by way of a special resolution to approve and commence the Summary Winding Up of the Company in accordance with Article 146 of the Companies (Jersey) Law, 1991"

"It is further resolved that Nicholas John Vermeulen and Christiaan Jacobus Bothma van den Berg of PricewaterhouseCoopers CI LLP, 37 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey, JE1 4XA be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company. Any power conferred on them by law or by this resolution may be exercised and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by them be done by them jointly or by each of them alone." 

All persons owing monies to the Company are requested to settle the account concerned directly with the Liquidators. 

All persons having claims against the Company are requested to send a detailed account thereof to the Liquidators at the following address before 15 April 2022.
