Golden Sphinx Limited (In Liquidation)

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 158 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (the “Law”), that on 6 July 2022 a special resolution was duly passed by the members of Golden Sphinx Limited (the “Company”) that the Company be wound up in a Creditors’ Winding Up in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 4 of Part 21 of the Law. 

At a duly convened meeting of the creditors on 6 July 2022, called in accordance with the provisions of Article 160(1) of the Law, Andy Wood and Alex Adam of Teneo Financial Advisory Limited, Forum 3, Grenville Street, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 4UF and Bucktrout House, Glategny Esplanade, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 3HQ, respectively, were appointed Joint Liquidators in accordance with Article 161 of the Law.

All creditors of the above company are required on or before 2 September 2022 to send their names and addresses and particulars of their claims to the Joint Liquidators together with supporting documentation.
