Grouville Ecclesiastical Assembly

An Ecclesiastical Assembly of the Principals, Officers and Electors of the Parish of Grouville will be held at Grouville Parish Church on Thursday 23 May 2024 at 7.30pm to:

• ​​adopt the Minutes of the Ecclesiastical Assembly held on 24 May 2023
  
• receive and, if approved, adopt the Tresor account for the financial year 2023 to 2024
  
• elect Church Officers for the year 2024 to 2025
  
• elect a committee to examine the Tresor account for the financial year 2024 to 2025
  
• authorise the Rector and Church Wardens to apply to the Ecclesiastical Court for a faculty to replace section of roof and install ventilators to north elevation and repair section of render on west elevation as per planning application P/2023/1454
• consider a proposal to update and improve the audio-visual provision in the church

​​Subject to the above proposed work being approved, to authorise the Rector and Churchwardens to make application to the Ecclesiastical Court for a faculty to carry out the work.
