03 December 2024Notice is hereby given of an application by Hawk Lending Limited for
a creditors’ winding up of Siena Properties (Bardeaux) Limited
(Registration number: 130749) (“the Company”), pursuant to Article 157A of the
Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, before the Royal Court on 6 December 2024 at
2.30pm. It is proposed that Alan Roberts and James Pirie of Grant Thornton
Limited, be appointed as joint liquidators of the Company.
