​Notice is hereby given that on 27 February 2024 the Jersey Competition Regulatory Authority (JCRA) issued a Final Notice exercising specified regulatory functions under the Postal Services (Jersey) Law 2004 for Hi-Speed Freight Services Limited. 

The functions relate to the issuing of a Class I licence and specific reporting requirements. The new Class I Licence for Hi-Speed Freight Services Limited, in force from 1 March 2024, can be found alongside the Final Notice.​
