Notice is hereby given that Hydra Investments 2007 Limited (in Liquidation) (“the Company”) duly passed a written Special Resolution placing the Company in to summary winding up with effect from 18 March 2025 in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 2 of Part XXI of the Companies (Jersey) Law, 1991 and Stuart Arthur Gardner and Matthew Trevor Coomber of Ernst & Young LLP were appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up. 

All persons having claims against the above-named Company are requested to send a detailed account thereof to the Joint Liquidators on or before 25 April 2025.
