Jersey Recovery College Limited proposed creditors winding up

Notice is hereby given by Jersey Recovery College Limited ("the Company") pursuant to article 160(1)(b) of the Companies Jersey Law 1991, as amended, that a meeting of the creditors of the Company will be held at the offices of Grant Thornton Limited, Third Floor, Kensington Chambers, 46/50 Kensington Place, St Helier, JE1 1ET on 6 September 2024 at 10.15am.

A statement as to the affairs of the Company will be laid before the creditors and the people nominated by the Company to be Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the winding up, James Richard Pirie and Alan John Roberts of Grant Thornton Limited, Third Floor, Kensington Chambers, 46/50 Kensington Place, St Helier, JE1 1ET will be proposed.​
