Kirtan Holdings Limited notice of continuance

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Article 127T of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 that Kirtan Limited ("the Company") incorporated in Jersey having its registered office situated at 50 La Colomberie, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 4QB intends to make an application to the Jersey Financial Services Commission to cease to be registered in Jersey and to continue in a country or territory outside the Island, namely the Isle of Man under the same Company name Kirtan Holdings Limited having its registered office at First Floor, 18-20 North Quay, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 4LE.

Any creditor of the Company who objects to the application may, within 21 days after the date of this advertisement, give notice of his or her objection to the Company.
