Changes to Prohibition of Waiting on La Route de Noirmont and Le Chemin de la Corbiere

The Minister for Infrastructure, in pursuance of Article 68 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956, as amended, and after consultation with the Connétable of St Brelade, gives notice of the following changes to Prohibition of Waiting on La Route de Noirmont and Le Chemin de la Corbiere.

These changes will take effect from Monday 10 February 2025.

Introduced to the schedule of the order:

Schedule 2, Prohibition of Waiting

In Column 1 after Le Chemin de Belcroute insert “Le Chemin de la Corbiere" and in Column 2 “North side (from a point 74 yards west from its junction with La Rue de la Corbiere for a distance of 18 yards in a westerly direction"
In Column 2 after La Route de Noirmont insert “West side from a point opposite the southern junction of Le Clos de Noirmont for a distance of 27 yards in a northwest direction"
