06 November 2023Renewal of liquor licences under the Licensing (Jersey) Law, 1974
Holders of a licence for the sale of intoxicating liquor are reminded that by virtue of Article 10 of the
Licensing (Jersey) Law, 1974, any licence which expires on 24 December 2023 may be renewed for the further period of 1 year.
The normal renewal period expired on 5 November 2023. Holders of licences who have not submitted their application may do so up to 14 December 2023. They will need to pay an additional fee of £200 for each application.
