​​Notice is hereby given by the Company pursuant to Article 160 (1) (b) of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (as amended), that a meeting of the creditors of the Company will be held at St Paul’s Centre, Dumaresq Street, St Helier, Jersey on 28 April 2025 at 1:30pm, at which time a statement as to the affairs of the Company will be laid before the creditors and the nomination of Adrian John Denis Rabet and Clive Fortis of Begbies Traynor (Jersey) Limited, Suite 19/20, 4 Wharf Street, St Helier, Jersey. JE2 3NR as joint liquidators of the Company will be proposed for the purposes of a Creditors’ Winding Up of the Company.
