MUFG Jersey Limited in liquidation

​Notice is hereby given that on 28 February 2025 the following resolutions were passed by the members of MUFG Jersey Limited (the Company):

• that the Company be wound up voluntarily in accordance with the Company’s articles of incorporation and the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, as amended
• that Linda Maree Johnson and Mark Russell Kelly of KPMG Advisory Limited, 37 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey, JE4 8WQ, be and are hereby appointed as joint liquidators of th​e Company (the Joint Liquidators) with the power to act jointly and severally for the purposes of the winding-up of the Company

All persons having claims against, or who are indebted to, the above-named Company are requested to send details thereof to the Joint Liquidators at the address below not later than 7 April 2025.
