Magic Holdings Limited as general partner of Tyndaris Partner LP

NOTICE OF BANKRUPTCY MAGIC HOLDINGS LIMITED (as general partner of Tyndaris Partner LP) (the “Company”),whose registered office is 47 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey Channel Islands, JE1 0BD

The property of the Company was declared en désastre (bankrupt) by Act of the Royal Court dated 25 September 2020.

Creditors of the Company are required to write to the Viscount’s Department, by no later than 4 November 2020, with full details of their claims, together with copies of supporting documentation.  Failure to do so will result in the creditor being excluded from any distribution of the assets of the Company.

Any creditor who claims that: 

• any amount due to them ranks for payment in priority to any other debts; 
• they have a surety ("caution"), guarantee, hypothec, security interest or other charge affecting the property of the Company; and/or
• they have a claim for the repossession of goods;

must provide details in their statement of claim and provide copies of all relevant supporting documentation.

All persons who owe debts to the Company are required to pay the amounts due to the Viscount’s Department in full by no later than 4 November 2020.
