Notice of intention to make application for authorisation to seek continuance in another jurisdiction

We enclose a notice to creditors of the intention of the Company to make an application to the Jersey Financial Services Commission for authorization to seek continuance in Mauritius (the "Notice").

The Notice has been published today in the Jersey Evening Post under Article 127R(2)(c) of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (as amended).
