Mitchell Building Contractors Limited meeting of creditors'

Notice is hereby given by Mitchell Building Contractors Limited ("the Company") pursuant to Article 160 (1) (b) of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (as amended), that a meeting of the creditors of the Company will be held at St Paul’s Centre, Dumaresq Street, St Helier, Jersey on 14 November 2024 at 11am, at which time a statement as to the affairs of the Company will be laid before the creditors and the nomination of Adrian John Denis Rabet and Adrian Charles Hyde of Begbies Traynor (Jersey) Limited, Suite 19/20, 4 Wharf Street, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 3NR as joint liquidators of the Company will be proposed for the purposes of a Creditors’ Winding Up of the Company.
