Mrs Peônia Guimarães Machado and Mr Paulo Cezar Martins (deceased) in bankruptcy

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Brazilian Bankruptcy Law Mr Sergio Mourao Corrêa Lima was appointed as Judicial Administrator of Mrs Peônia Guimarães Machado and Mr Paulo Cezar Martins (deceased) (the “Bankrupts”) by the Court of Justice of Minas Gerais ('The Brazilian Court') on 29 July 2014.

Pursuant to an Act of Court dated 14 May 2020 and following a Letter of Request from the Brazilian Court the appointment of Mr Sergio Mourao Corrêa Lima, as Judicial Administrator of the Bankrupts has been recognised by the Royal Court of Jersey.

All creditors of the Bankrupts must provide a detailed account of their name, address and particulars of their claim against the Bankrupts with supporting documentation to Advocate Lynne Gregory within 40 days of the publication of this advertisement.
