Mulcaster Street Nominees Limited in liquidation

Notice is hereby given that the following written resolutions were passed by the Company’s directors on 8 December 2022:

• "It is resolved by way of a special resolution that the Company be wound up in accordance with Chapter 2, Part 21 of the Companies (Jersey) Law, 1991”
• "It is resolved that Christiaan Jacobus Bothma van den Berg and Natalie Boes of PricewaterhouseCoopers CI LLP, 37 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey, JE1 4XA be and hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company. Any power conferred on them by law or by this resolution may be exercised and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by them be done by them jointly or by each of them alone.” 

All persons owing monies to the Company are requested to settle the account concerned directly with the Liquidators. 

All persons having claims against the Company are requested to send a detailed account thereof to the Liquidators at the following address before 31 March 2023:
