NMC Health (Jersey) Limited in liquidation

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the creditors (the "Meeting") of the Company will be held at Carey Olsen Jersey LLP, 47 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey, JE1 0BD on 4 July 2022 at 1pm (GMT+1). 

The business of the Meeting will be for the Joint Liquidators to lay before the Meeting an account of their acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding up of the Company during the preceding 12 months.

It's important to consider that:

• a creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meeting may appoint another person or persons as their proxy to attend and vote instead of them and a proxy need not also be a creditor of the company. The original proxy signed by or on behalf of the member must be lodged by the date and time specified below.
• to be valid for voting purposes proxies must be duly completed and lodged at Carey Olsen Jersey LLP on 47 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey, JE1 08D or by email to INS_NMCHJL@alvarezandmarsal.com no later than 12pm on 3 July 2023 (GMT+1). 
• a creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meeting, or their validly nominated proxy, may request to do so remotely. Requests must be sent by email to INS_NMCHJL@alvarezandmarsal.com no later than 12pm on 3 July 2023 (GMT+1). Details for remote dial in will be sent in return
