Notice is hereby given that the following Special Resolutions were passed by the Company’s members on 20 November 2020:

• that the Company be and is hereby placed into summary winding up in accordance with the provisions of Part 21, Chapter 2, Articles 145-154 of the Companies (Jersey) Law, 1991
• that Andy John of Leonard Curtis, 5th Floor, Grove House, 248a Marylebone Road, London NW1 6BB and Matthew Wright of Leonard Curtis C.I. Limited, Richmond House, Ann's Place, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 2NU be hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company with powers to act for the purpose of such winding up with all powers conferred on them by law, the articles of incorporation or by this resolution, such appointment becoming effective upon passing of this resolution

Creditors having claims against the Company are required to prove their debts on or before 21 December 2020 by sending full details of their claims to the Joint Liquidators. Creditors must also, if so, requested by the Joint Liquidators, provide such further details and documentary evidence to support their claims as the Liquidator deems necessary.

The Company is able to pay all its known liabilities in full.
