Rachel Securities Limited in liquidation

Notice is given that on Tuesday 4 April 2023 the following written special resolutions were duly passed by the members of Rachel Securities Limited (the Company).

1. That the Company be wound up summarily pursuant to Chapter 2 of Part 21 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 and that for the purpose of the winding up, the Company appoints Matthew John Corbin of BDO Limited, First Floor, Windward House, La Route de la Liberation, St Helier, JE1 1BG as Liquidator.
2. All persons having claims against the Company are requested to submit a detailed account thereof to the Liquidator by Friday 19 May 2023 and that all persons owing monies to the Company settle the account concerned with the Liquidator by the aforementioned date.

The Company is able to pay all its known liabilities in full.
