Notice of bankruptcy

The property of Ramphai Carroll née Chinrum (Mrs Carroll) was declared en désastre (bankrupt) by Act of the Royal Court dated 24 January 2025.

Any creditor must write to the Viscount's Department who claims that:

• any amount due to them ranks for payment in priority to any other debts
• they have a surety (caution), guarantee, hypothec, security interest or other charge affecting the property of Mrs ​Carroll
• they have a claim for the repossession of goods

Creditors' statement of claim must be received by 5 March 2025 and include:

• full details of their claims
• copies of supporting documentation​
  

Failure to do so will result in the creditor being excluded from any distribution of the assets.

All persons who owe debts to Mrs Carroll are required to pay the amounts due to the Viscount’s Department in full by 5 March 2025.
