Claims notice in the estate of Réné Blanche Ménard née Pain, formerly known as Renée Blanche Pain and know as Renee Blanche Menard.

All persons having claims against the estate of the above-named deceased, formerly of St Joseph’s Residential and Nursing Home, St John’s Road, JE2 4XZ are requested to forward a detailed statement thereof within 10 days of this date to M Gagnerie, Moy House, La Grande Route de St Martin, Jersey, JE2 7GT acting as Executrix of the deceased's estate.

All creditors wishing to bring a claim are requested to provide all relevant documents in their possession. A creditor who believes that an amount due to them ranks in priority to another debt should specify this in their claim. A creditor who believes they have a change affecting the property of the estate should so claim.

All persons indebted to the said estate are requested to settle with the said M Gagnerie within the same period.
