Application made to approve the formal dissolution of The Royal British Legion, Jersey Branch

Notice is hereby given of an application to be made to the Royal Court at 10:00 hours on Friday 4th of September 2020 to approve the formal dissolution of the fidéicommis known as The Royal British Legion, Jersey Branch, established pursuant to an Act of Court dated 21st November 1973 for the benefit of the Jersey Branch of The Royal British Legion and to sanction the transfer of all remaining assets contained in the said fidéicommis to the Royal British Legion Jersey (an association incorporated pursuant to the Loi (1862) sur les teneures en fidéicommis et l’incorporation d’associations (as amended)).

Any interested person who wishes to object to the Royal Court granting the above application should, on or before Friday 4th September 2020, notify the Judicial Greffier, Judicial Greffe, Royal Square, St. Helier, JE1 1JG, setting out in writing the grounds of objection and should attend before the Royal Court at 10:00 hours on Friday 4th September 2020.
