Sajern Limited creditors' winding up

​At a duly convened meeting held on 5 September 2024 of the creditors called under Article 160 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (as amended), Clive Le Marquand of 9 Bond Street, St Helier, Jersey JE2 3NP was appointed Liquidator of the Company by the creditors under Article 161 thereof.

All creditors having claims against the above mentioned Company are requested to send a detailed account thereof to the Liquidator at liquidator@pkfbba.com on or before 21 October 2024, together with supporting documentation.

All debtors owing money to the Company are required to send full payment of sums owed by way of cheque to the Company within the same period failing which debt collection proceedings will be commenced.
