This item is considered to be abandoned and therefore an obstruction in the Port, in accordance with Regulation 2(1) of the Harbours (Jersey) Regulations 1962.
Failure to remove the vessel within 7 days of the publication of this notice will result in proceedings to sell or otherwise dispose of the vessel and recover costs (Regulation 2(3) – 2(6) of the 1962 Regulations).
Any persons intending to use a vessel in Jersey territorial waters should attend Ports of Jersey Marine Leisure Centre, New North Quay, St Helier with proof of insurance to register the vessel in accordance with Regulation 7, Harbours (Inshore Safety)(Jersey) Regulations 2012.
