Notice is hereby given that Sirius Minerals Finance Limited (in Liquidation) (the Company) duly passed a written Special Resolution placing the Company in summary winding up with effect from 17 March 2025 in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 2 of Part 21 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, and Stuart Arthur Gardner and Samantha Jane Keen of Ernst & Young LLP were appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.

All persons having claims against the above-named Company are requested to send a detailed account thereof to the Joint Liquidators on or before 25 April 2025.
