Tayham Limited in liquidation

​Notice is hereby given that a Written Resolution of the Sole Member of Tayham Limited ("the Company") was signed on 31 July 2024, at which Special Resolutions were duly passed that the Company be wound up pursuant to sections 197 to 199 of the BVI Business Companies Act 2004 (“the Act”)  and that, Antonia Anderson of Grant Thornton (British Virgin Islands) Limited, PO Box 4259, 171 Main Street, 2nd Floor, The Barracks, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands and Andrea Frances Alice Harris of Grant Thornton Limited, St James Place, St James Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 2NZ, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.

All persons having claims against the Company are required to submit details thereof to me before the 29 August 2024 and all persons indebted to the said Company are required to settle with the Joint Liquidators by the above mentioned date. 

The Company is able to pay all its known liabilities in full.​
