​Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 204(1)(b) of the BVI Business Companies Act 2004 that, Lambert Marlon Marquis, with address at c/o Alpha Solutions (BVI) Limited, The Alpha-Sphere, 1st Floor, Ellen Skelton Building, Fishers Lane, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, has been appointed as the Voluntary Liquidator of the Company pursuant to a resolution of the directors of the Company dated 22nd October 2024 and the resolution of the member of the Company dated 22 October 2024.​
