The Collective Wynwood (Jersey) Limited in liquidation

Notice is hereby given that the Company was placed in Creditors Winding up following an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the Company which was held on 31 March 2023 at which a Special Resolution was passed. 

Alan John Roberts of Grant Thornton Limited, Third Floor, Kensington Chambers, 46/50 Kensington Place, St Helier, JE1 1ET and Henry Shinners of Evelyn Partners UK, 45 Gresham Street, London, United Kingdom, EC2V 7BG. A duly convened meeting of the creditors was called under Article 160 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, however, the meeting was not quorate, therefore, no resolutions were conducted or approved.

All creditors of the above company are required on or before 15 June 2023 to send their names and addresses and particulars of their claims to the Joint Liquidators together with supporting documentation, and all persons indebted to the said Company are required to settle with the Joint Liquidators by 15 June 2023.
