The Stanley Gibbons Group plc in liquidation

Following an Act of Court issued by the Royal Court of Jersey on Friday 14 June 2024, the Stanley Gibbons Group plc (the "Company") was placed into Creditors’ Winding Up in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 4 of Part 21 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (the “Law”) and Christiaan van den Berg, Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers CI LLP, with registration number RAL/10, and David Robert Baxendale, Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, with registration number RANJL/23 were appointed as Joint Liquidators. 

A meeting of the Company’s creditors was held in accordance with Article 160A of the Law on Friday 5 July 2024.

All creditors of the above company are required on or before Tuesday 13 August 2024 to send their names and addresses and particulars of their claims to the Joint Liquidators together with supporting documentation, and all persons indebted to the said Company are required to settle with the Joint Liquidators by the above-mentioned date.
